Firefox / Thunderbird Portable 中文化由 dora2002 接管

感謝 dora2002 在我忙錄的時候接下這樣的工作。不過 OpenOffice.org Portable 中文化的部分還是我還是自己處理。現在 Mozilla Firefox - Portable Edition 和 Mozilla Thunderbird - Portable Edition 中文化的部分暫由 dora2002 更新。

不過 dora2002 接著也要面臨考試，還是希望有其他人能出來維護這樣。
由他維護 2.0.0.6 也請大家繼續支持囉。
